What are you going to do:
- You will develop and implement the marketing and communication strategy of the Florinus Group of Companies.
- You will lead the marketing team and develop the internal marketing agency model.
- You will contribute to business development and identification of new growth opportunities.
- You will generate potential customer flows and contribute to the growth of sales of the Group's companies.
- You will form and develop the communication content and image strengthening projects of the Group of Companies.
- You will ensure the effective development of social networks, websites and other communication channels.
- You will initiate and coordinate external events, partnerships and internal initiatives of the organization.
- You will coordinate the selection of suppliers and partners, conduct negotiations and manage several marketing projects simultaneously.
- You will implement KPIs, processes and analyze the impact of marketing results on the business.
We hope you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, communication, business development or agency environment.
- Have led a team and implemented complex projects.
- Have excellent knowledge of marketing channels, their operating principles and are able to assess their effectiveness.
- Have experience in developing social networks, websites or other digital channels.
- Have worked with several different businesses or brands at the same time - you understand how to balance priorities when everyone is "most important".
- Think like a business partner and understand that good marketing primarily creates value for the business.
- Have excellent Lithuanian and English (B2/C1) skills.
