Job description:
- Organize and control the work of the group and ensure the quality of work;
- Assess risks, perform internal control, prepare financial statements and submit them in accordance with requirements;
- Cooperate with public sector institutions and audit teams;
- Sign accounting documents, submit proposals for improving accounting policies;
- Participate in the optimization of financial processes, prepare activity plans and reports;
- Perform other tasks assigned according to competence and replace the group manager as needed.
Employee requirements:
- Higher university education in the field of social sciences, economics or finance (master's degree or equivalent);
- At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting and 1 year of managerial experience;
- Skills in working with Microsoft Office and public sector information systems;
- Knowledge of public sector financial accounting, legislation, internal control and document preparation rules;
- Ability to plan, organize work, work in a team, communicate clearly, analyze and summarize information.
