Job Description:
- Plan, organize and coordinate the work of the group, ensure the execution of tasks, the quality of functions and work discipline;
- Analyze performance indicators, assess risks, make proposals for improving the efficiency of activities, and apply risk mitigation measures;
- Ensure compliance of payroll accounting processes with legal acts and NBFC internal documents;
- Organize activity planning, control the implementation of plans and report to the Director of the Department;
- Participate in projects to optimize and centralize payroll accounting processes;
- Cooperate with other departments, contribute to the effective implementation of the organization's activity plan.
Requirements for an employee:
- Have a higher education in finance, economics or accounting (bachelor's degree);
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the field of financial accounting and managerial work experience;
- Be able to work with the Microsoft Office package and be able to use other information systems necessary for the activity;
- Knowledge of the legal acts regulating public sector financial accounting and be able to apply them in practice;
- Be able to effectively organize your own and your team's work, analyze information and prepare conclusions.
