What will you do every day?
- Organize the activities of the Building Management Department.
- Coordinate the work of a team of technicians and contractors.
- Ensure control of deadlines, quality and profitability of work.
- Communicate with business clients and help find the best solutions.
- Prepare proposals, reports and administer documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement and implementation of new initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical competence teams and assist the head of the department.
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher technical education.
- Organization and ability to plan work.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in customer service, building administration or coordination of technical processes.
- Understanding of building engineering systems.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Good computer and document preparation skills.
- Category B driver's license.
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
