Main responsibilities:
Work on a secondment basis in the 41st regional service in Germany: 3 weeks of work in Germany and 3 weeks of work remotely from home.
✔ Organization of the work of the service team and coordination of activities in Germany;
✔ Administration of repair applications in the ERP system, formation of invoices;
✔ Accounting for employee working hours and work performed;
✔ Preparation and implementation of employee education, training and competence development plans;
✔ Cooperation with other company departments in organizing the transfer of shipments, spare parts and other means to drivers or vehicles;
✔ Organization of preventive repairs, tachograph checks and technical inspections in partner workshops and technical inspection centers;
✔ Communication with drivers and acceptance and administration of repair applications in Lithuanian, Russian and English;
✔ Delivery of vehicles to repair workshops (with or without a semi-trailer);
✔ Preparation, administration and transfer of repair documentation to the accounting department;
✔ Inspection of vehicle brakes on the stand;
✔ Coordination of repair work, identification of problems and their prompt resolution in cooperation with the technical support team;
✔ Filling in vehicle acceptance and transfer documents.

Requirements:
✔ Experience in coordinating heavy transport repair processes, effectively planning work and ensuring the resources necessary for their implementation;
✔ Technical education in electrical, mechanical or related fields is an advantage;
✔ Experience as an auto mechanic and/or auto electrician in the heavy transport sector is an advantage;
✔ Knowledge of English and Russian at least level B1, allowing for fluent oral communication;
✔ CE category driving license is an advantage.
