Nature of work:
- formation and implementation of the strategy of the treatment unit;
- active participation in the development of treatment and wellness programs for tourism agencies and in order to attract new customer segments;
- planning and organizing the effective operation of the treatment unit, taking into account customer flows;
- motivation and education of department employees;
- creation of departmental budget, implementation of cost control.
Requirements for the candidate:
- higher university education in medicine or medical management study program;
- valid medical practice license (advantage);
- ability to manage, accumulate, systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions and make suggestions;
- knowledge in business management, finance, personnel, change management;
- good knowledge of Russian and/or English (Polish, German - would be an advantage);
- ability to lead a team, set goals and effectively organize its activities, manage changes;
- the ability to react quickly in stressful situations;
- orientation to long-term performance results;
- flexibility, openness to changes, ability to work in a dynamic team.
