Your responsibilities with us:
🌲 Consult medical rehabilitation (IDC/PSDF funded) and commercial patients on therapeutic nutrition issues;
🌲 Assess the patient's nutritional status, health risk factors and create an individualized therapeutic nutrition plan;
🌲 Provide nutritional recommendations taking into account the patient's clinical condition and rehabilitation goals;
🌲 Participate in the work of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team;
🌲 Adjust nutritional plans according to the dynamics of the patient's condition;
🌲 Cooperate with FMR doctors and other team members;
🌲 Conduct individual and (or) group educational sessions for patients;
🌲 Contribute to the development of health and preventive programs;
🌲 Provide remote consultations (repeated consultations, corrections of the nutritional plan);
🌲 Fill out medical documentation in accordance with applicable legislation and the institution's internal procedures.
Individual consultations with patients live and remotely.

Our requirements for you:
🌲 Higher university medical education and a valid medical practice license;
🌲 Qualification of a dietitian;
🌲 Experience working in a rehabilitation or inpatient health care facility;
🌲 Ability to apply the principles of evidence-based medicine in dietetics;
🌲 Good counseling and patient motivation skills;
🌲 Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals;
🌲 Ability to work with medical information systems;
🌲 Knowledge of the Lithuanian language; foreign languages are an advantage.
