We are looking for a livestock purchasing manager in Šalčininkai and the surrounding regions, who will work directly with farmers and agricultural companies and will be responsible for the results of livestock purchasing in their region.
This is not an office job. You will spend most of your work in the region - you will travel to farms, meet with livestock breeders, look for new contacts and maintain contact with existing suppliers. Therefore, this position will suit someone who enjoys mobile, independent work and constant communication with people.
In this position, it is important not only to be able to negotiate or make contact. We are looking for someone who is familiar with the agricultural environment, who understands the specifics of farmers' work, is able to earn their trust and build long-term cooperation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will spend most of your working time in Šalčininkai and the surrounding regions, visiting farms and agricultural companies.
- You will maintain contacts with existing livestock suppliers and actively seek new ones.
- You will communicate with livestock breeders and build long-term cooperative relationships.
- You will negotiate the terms of livestock purchase.
- You will coordinate the purchase process - from the agreement with the farmer to the removal of livestock.
- You will monitor the situation in the region, take an interest in farms and look for new purchase opportunities.
- You will independently plan your routes, meetings and working day and be responsible for the results of the purchase in the region
WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING?
Experience in the agricultural sector or working with farmers and agricultural companies is important for this position.
Your experience can be diverse - in animal husbandry, animal procurement, in an agricultural company, in the field of feed, veterinary medicine, or other products.

- you are able to independently plan your working day;
- you have a category B driver's license.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
- Salary up to 4000 €/month. before taxes, depending on the results achieved.
