The nature of your work
- Consulting clients on life insurance and savings (investment) issues;
- Searching for new clients (tools are provided, the employee is not left alone);
- Analysis of client needs, preparation of proposals and quality service
- Conclusion of insurance contracts, ensuring smooth cooperation;
- Participation in team and individual meetings, training.
We expect from you
- Want to learn, grow and achieve set goals;
- Ability to communicate and establish relationships with different people;
- Responsibility, independence and internal motivation;
- Basic computer skills;
- Experience in sales (an advantage);
- Individual performance certificates (IVP) – the basis for the job.
