Nature of work
- professional sales of life insurance products to clients, their consulting;
- active search for new customers and communication with existing customers;
- analysis of customer needs and proposing the best insurance solutions, preparation and signing of contracts;
- Cooperation with managers in planning and organizing work;
- preparation of reports on work results.
Employee requirements
- ability to work individually and in a team;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability and courage to persuade, influence others;
- higher, advanced or vocational education;
- good computer skills;
- successful active sales experience - an advantage;
- representativeness, initiative, receptivity, personal maturity.
