- Consulting clients on life insurance and savings (investment) issues
- Finding new clients (we provide all the necessary tools and assistance)
- Analyzing client needs and selecting individual solutions
- Concluding insurance contracts and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Participating in meetings, training and team activities
Employee requirements
- Motivation to learn, improve and achieve set goals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people
- Responsibility, independence and result orientation
- Basic computer skills
- Sales experience - which would be an advantage
- Readiness to work with an individual activity certificate
