Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Life Insurance Product Manager to join the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will communicate and consult with existing clients in the office, by phone or e-mail regarding life insurance contracts and payment of premiums;
• You will prepare and coordinate proposals for the terms of insurance contracts;
• By consulting clients, you will help them solve their financial issues, identify their needs and offer the most suitable life insurance solutions and additional opportunities to strengthen their financial protection;
• You will contribute to the implementation of the service and sales goals set for the life insurance product group, working together with the team;
• You will improve your knowledge of life insurance and banking products and services and gain valuable customer service experience;
• You will help clients solve various problems that arise.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Be communicative, customer and result-oriented, able to manage conflict situations;
• Experience in customer service, sales, banking, insurance or other financial products;
• Attention, diligence, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team;
• Good computer skills;
• Fluent and well-reasoned communication in correct Lithuanian, both orally and in writing (Russian or English is an advantage);
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate responses to clients, work responsibly with information and maintain attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to recognize client needs, logical thinking, personal responsibility and independence in organizing work.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we indicate only the possible range: from 1600.00 to 2400.00 EUR excluding taxes.
