- Supervision of car wash operations by performing quality control, inspections and monitoring of technical processes.
- Cooperation with service and suppliers, ensuring smooth operation of car washes.
- Organization of department processes and daily work: schedules, orders, documentation, service registration.
- Management of incidents in car washes, including camera reviews, event coordination and communication with partners.
Employee requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial/quality assurance role.
- Ability to analyze, organize, and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- General technical understanding.
- Systematic thinking, quick reaction, and focus on the task.
