Key Responsibilities and scope of the role:
- As Head of Sales and Commercial, you will own the commercial performance in Lithuania, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer KPIs.
- You will lead and develop local sales, customer service, and customer solutions teams, ensuring strong operational performance and high service quality.
- A key part of your role is to define and execute the local commercial strategy, aligned with group direction, while adapting it to market conditions and customer needs.
- You will also be responsible for the country-level sales performance, building a high-performing and accountable team, and continuously developing team capability.
- In close cooperation with the CCO, group functions, and cross-country commercial leaders, you will drive alignment and ensure effective implementation of group frameworks, standards, and initiatives.
Nature of the role:
- Full commercial ownership and accountability for results on the local market.
- Direct leadership of local commercial teams.
- Accountable for targets, performance, and delivery.
- Operates within group strategy and functional standards.
- Work in close partnership with the Chief Commercial Officer and group functions.

- Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role with responsibility for driving sales performance.
- Strong track record in driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Experience leading sales and customer-focused organizations.
- Ability to define and execute commercial strategy in a dynamic market.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with experience in customer experience and value creation.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
