Nature of work
We are looking for someone who will manage not only the e-commerce channel, but also its entire bottom line: from customer acquisition and conversion to revenue, profitability and a seamless omnichannel experience.
This is a position for someone who is equally comfortable discussing growth strategy, making data-driven decisions and finding new ways to improve the customer experience. You will work closely with the CMO, CCO, IT, analytics and retail teams, achieving a common goal - to grow the business.

Primary responsibilities
E-commerce growth and P&L. You will develop and implement an e-commerce growth strategy and be responsible for online channel revenue, contribution margin and growth plan. Prioritize initiatives that create the greatest business value.
Digital channels. You will manage the strategy and results of digital channels: paid media (Google, Meta, Display, Affiliate), SEO, CRM and direct marketing (email, SMS, automation, personalization). You will be responsible for effective customer acquisition and retention and for the business results created by these channels.
Customer journey and digital experience. You will improve the entire customer journey from first contact to repeat purchase, optimize conversion and initiate experiments and new growth solutions.
Omnichannel experience. You will ensure a seamless online-offline experience, develop Click & Collect and other omnichannel initiatives, and create a seamless customer journey between channels.

What are we hoping for
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce or growth
- Experience managing digital channels and budgets
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Experience working with CRM, personalization and customer retention
- Practical experience with Magento, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to apply AI tools (e.g. Claude) to improve processes and results
- Ability to build, motivate a team and take full responsibility for the result
Advantage:
- Understanding of CRO, UX and customer behavior
- Experience with omnichannel or retail business
- Experience with Power BI, Klaviyo, HubSpot or Optimizely
