about the company
Lirema Group — an international group of ophthalmology clinics operating in Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Spain. Turnover ~40 million EUR, team ~250 people, 9 clinics and active expansion into new markets. Recent years — a period of consistent growth: opening in Marbella, Spain (September 2026) is being prepared, the group's management structure is being strengthened.
Why this position now:
As the Group grows to 5 markets, we are building a stronger finance function at the group level. We are looking for a Finance Manager who will ensure financial discipline across all countries, deliver timely, quality reporting and develop the group’s finance function – from accounting and controls to process automation. This position has a real opportunity to grow with the Group and take on broader responsibilities.
What you will do:
- You will lead the group finance function — team LT + outsourced partners SE, DK, NO, ES, LV
- You will ensure group consolidation, monthly Management Reporting and annual audit
- You will ensure timely and high-quality financial reporting to CEO and COO with comments and insights
- You will manage cash flows and their forecasting together with COO
- You will oversee transfer pricing documentation and intercompany flows between 5 jurisdictions
- You will provide financial data necessary for attracting and maintaining group financing
- You will implement financial process automation (ERP, AI solutions) — together with COO
- You will develop the group finance function — processes, internal controls, team structure
What do we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, of which at least 3 years — at the group (multi-entity) level
- Experience with an international group (ideally — Scandinavian market or EU multi-country structure)
- Deep understanding of IFRS, consolidation experience, ability to work with auditors
- Transfer pricing, participation exemption, intercompany flow management experience
- Strong internal control and risk management
- Experience in implementing financial process automation (ERP systems, accounting efficiency)
- Structured, disciplined approach to processes and reports — you are able to provide data in a timely and orderly manner
- Excellent English (everyday working language in the group);
- Higher education in finance / accounting / economics; ACCA / CIMA / MBA — an advantage
