We are currently seeking a talented: Head of Finance
As we strengthen our operations in Central Asia, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Finance to join our team and take ownership of financial management in Kazakhstan.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage independent reviews of financial planning, budgeting, expense approvals, and forecasting processes to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with Group requirements.
● Ensure compliance with Group policies across payments, expenses, and payroll processes.
● Perform internal control reviews of procurement, sales, pricing, and customer settlement processes to identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and compliance risks.
● Review contract management, supplier selection, and approval procedures to ensure transparency, proper authorization, and adherence to Group policies.
● Identify and investigate financial and operational risks, potential irregularities, and fraud risks; manage measures to strengthen the control environment.
● Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
● Work closely with the Group CFO, Finance, Compliance, and local management teams.
● Conduct on-site internal control reviews and compliance assessments, evaluate the effectiveness of operational procedures, document findings, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.

Requirements
● 5+ years of experience in finance management, financial planning, or audit.
● Strong financial analysis, reporting, and risk management skills.
● Experience in financial process improvement.
● Knowledge of Kazakhstan's financial and regulatory environment is an advantage.
● Fluency in Russian and good English and Lithuanian communication skills.
● A hands-on, proactive approach with strong ownership and integrity.
● Willingness to spend significant time in Kazakhstan, working closely with local operations.
● Motivation to embrace new challenges, adapt to a dynamic international environment, and make a real business impact.
● Strong financial analysis, reporting, and risk management skills.
