- Paymont, UAB
Job description
Full-time | Vilnius, Lithuania | On-site | Start ASAP I €6,000–7,000 gross
At PAYMONT UAB, we are looking for an experienced Head of AML with a strong background in high-risk clients and industries (mandatory requirement) to take ownership of our AML/CFT and financial crime prevention framework.
We are not looking for someone who simply maintains existing policies. We need someone who can identify weaknesses, challenge established processes and implement practical improvements.
Just as importantly, we believe that good AML is not about automatically rejecting every complex or high-risk client. It is about understanding the risks, assessing them properly and finding regulatory-compliant ways to manage them where possible.
As a smaller regulated fintech, we offer a hands-on environment where you can make a real impact, work closely with management, report to the Board and act as a Key Function Holder.
What you will be responsible for
At PAYMONT, you will have the opportunity to shape the AML function, improve existing processes and systems, influence risk-based decisions and work directly with senior management.
