We are looking for a Head of Group Financial Control & Reporting to play a key role in the Group’s financial reporting, consolidation and accounting processes across Lithuania and Latvia.

Key responsibilities
- Leading the Group's financial reporting, financial control, tax and accounting oversight across its Lithuanian and Latvian entities, with the Financial Controller and Head of Accounting as direct reports;
- Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of the Group's annual and interim, separate and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS;
- Overseeing the Group consolidation process and Group Reporting Packages (GRP);
- Managing the annual and half-year audit process, acting as the key point of contact for external auditors and supporting the CFO and Audit Committee on relevant financial reporting and accounting matters;
- Overseeing the Group's tax matters, including corporate income tax, WHT and transfer pricing, and monitoring relevant changes in legislation;
- Overseeing financial covenant reporting, intercompany balances and settlements, and the financial reporting aspects of the Group's debt portfolio;
- Developing accounting policies, strengthening the Group's financial control framework, and driving continuous improvement and automation of finance and reporting processes;
- Building and developing the team, ensuring succession and cross-cover within the function;
- Overseeing the preparation of regular management reporting and financial information for the CFO and senior management, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery;
- Providing oversight and guidance on complex accounting matters and ensuring consistent application of IFRS across the Group.
What we expect
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, audit or financial control, including at least 2 years leading a team; experience in an international audit firm would be considered an advantage;
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience in consolidation;
- Good understanding of the Lithuanian and Latvian tax environments, with experience overseeing corporate income tax, WHT and transfer pricing matters;
- Strong organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with the CFO, senior management, external auditors and other finance functions;
- Experience working in a complex, multi-entity or international Group environment would be an advantage;
- ACCA qualification completed or in progress would be considered an advantage;
- Ability to own deadlines independently and manage the function without day-to-day supervision;
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central would be an advantage;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Salary EUR 5,500–7,000 gross per month. The final salary will depend on the candidate’s work experience and competencies.
