Key Responsibilities:

An international corporate group is seeking an experienced Head of Legal to lead and manage the company's legal function.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the company's legal strategy.
  • Ensure the company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Identify, assess, and manage legal risks.
  • Provide clear legal guidance to uphold high standards of ethics, quality, and intellectual property protection.
  • Represent the company's interests in national and international institutions and organizations.
  • Lead the legal team: plan, organize, and oversee daily operations.
  • Advise management and employees on strategic legal matters.
  • Monitor legislative changes and recommend appropriate compliance measures.
  • Manage contracts, corporate law, real estate, and dispute resolution matters.
  • Ensure efficient planning and budget management for the Legal Department.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Law or equivalent higher legal education.
  • At least 7 years of legal experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of managerial experience.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and manage priorities.
  • Experience in team development, delegation, and strategic planning.
