You will be responsible for the following projects:
There is an opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with 2 working days per week from home.

- You will be responsible for coordinating and developing a team of product quality engineers and quality controllers;
- You will ensure quality processes in production with the ISO 9001 standard;
- You will represent the company during internal and external audits;
- You will analyze customer complaints, coordinate their handling, and implement preventive actions;
- You will propose and implement quality improvement initiatives;
- You will perform problem analysis using quality tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, A3, etc.);
- You will collaborate with production, engineering, and supply teams to resolve quality-related issues;
- You will monitor and analyze quality indicators and prepare action plans.

Salary
From 3200 to 3800€/month gross.
Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality management and experience leading a team;
- Have worked in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard;
- Are able to read technical drawings and understand measurement results;
- Can analyze problems and confidently make decisions;
- Are fluent in English;
- Can effectively organize team work and collaborate across departments.
Advantages:
- ISO 9001 internal auditor certification;
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification;
- Experience in electronics, automotive components, or other high-quality standard manufacturing industries.
Salary
From 3200 to 3800€/month gross.
