We are looking for a Head of Quality Division to join our growing TLT manufacturing group in Vilnius. In this role, you will set the direction for quality management, lead the continuous development of the integrated management system, and ensure the overall performance of the Quality Division within our advanced, highly automated manufacturing environment.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
· Define and implement the company's quality strategy, set quality objectives, priorities, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure their achievement;
· Lead the Quality Division by setting priorities and objectives, managing resources, developing the team, and ensuring overall division performance;
· Ensure the effective operation, development, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, as well as other applicable requirements;
· Oversee product, manufacturing process, and supplier quality, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and customer requirements;
· Manage quality KPIs, non-conformities, customer complaints, CAPA, and quality risks, ensure root cause identification for systemic issues, and initiate actions to improve performance;
· Oversee internal, customer, certification, and other external audits, ensuring organizational readiness and effective closure of identified non-conformities;
· Ensure quality requirements are effectively integrated into New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing processes, and technological changes;
· Provide senior management with insights into quality performance, key risks, and improvement opportunities, initiate improvement actions, and strengthen the quality culture across the organization.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
· Higher education in engineering, technology, quality management, or a related field;
· At least 3 years of leadership experience in quality management within a manufacturing company;
· Hands-on experience in leading a quality team and ensuring its performance;
· Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, with practical experience in their application and in managing an Integrated Management System;
· Experience in managing product, manufacturing process, and supplier quality;
· Knowledge and practical application of quality management and problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, RCA, 5 Why, FMEA, and CAPA;
· Experience in managing internal, customer, certification, and other external audits;
· Ability to analyze quality data, identify systemic issues, and make data-driven decisions;
· Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, specifications, and manufacturing process requirements;
· Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, with a systematic and results-oriented approach;
· Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

SALARY
Recognizing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €30/hour - €35/hour (€5,040 - 5,880 per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
