We’re looking for a team member who:
- Has an OSH specialist certificate.
- Communicates fluently in English (B2 level). Any additional foreign language is a big advantage, Russian is preferable.
- Has HSE supervision experience in construction, production or design industries (an advantage).
- Is organized and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Is open to business trips.
- Has knowledge of Lithuanian legislation. Knowledge of international standards of occupational health and safety is an advantage.
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Your role and duties:
- Prepare and manage HSE documentation.
- Supervise work on Site.
- dentify and manage unsafe situations, issue HSE reports.
- Ensure workers have the necessary protective equipment.
- Communicate with the client and project teams.
- Suggest ways to improve workplace safety.
