We are looking for an active and responsible Help Desk specialist who will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners – by phone, e-mail and other communication channels.
Your main task is to ensure fast and professional customer service, to resolve requests as independently as possible according to the instructions and competence provided, and to properly distribute more complex cases to the service team according to competences and availability.

Main responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and partner calls, emails and other inquiry channels.
- Register and track all incidents/requests in the ticketing system (we use Odoo).
- Resolve simpler technical issues independently according to established instructions.
- Distribute requests to the service team according to competencies and current workload.
- Monitor that requests are resolved in a high-quality and timely manner.
- Contribute to the improvement of the knowledge base and processes.
- Make minor changes to the ticketing system (e.g., workflow or field updates) that do not require in-depth programming knowledge.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in a call center or customer service line.
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g. Odoo, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
- Ability to work in a structured manner, accurately document information.
- Technical knowledge or interest in technology is an advantage.
- Lithuanian – excellent verbal and written knowledge (required).
- English – good verbal and written knowledge (required).
