HELPDESK LEVEL 1 SUPPORT CONSULTANT

We are a team of programmers in the Financial Analysis and Control Department, developing and maintaining internal analytical solutions, data flows, reports and planning tools that contribute to strategic financial decisions.

As needs grow, we are looking for a communicative, empathetic and curious person for the role of HelpDesk consultant, who will help ensure smooth customer service.

• You will be the first point of contact for users registering questions and incidents through the HelpDesk system;
• You will clarify the user's problem or need — ask precise questions, help clearly formulate the situation;
• You will perform standard checks and diagnose problems according to the instructions provided;
• You will solve recurring problems or provide consultations to users;
• I will identify the nature of the problem and, if necessary, transfer it to the appropriate specialists of higher competence;
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure smooth incident and request management;
• Track task statuses, communicate with users on the progress of the solution;
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation and instructions.

• Have basic SQL knowledge (SELECT queries, filtering, simple checks);
• You speak and write English fluently;
• You are able to understand different people and their needs, you know how to refine and extract the most important information;
• You are characterized by analytical thinking and the ability to structure information;
• You are meticulous, responsible, proactive and always ready to help;
• You know how to work according to established instructions and procedures.
