During work You:
- You will meet customers and make sure that their experience is pleasant from the first moment;
- You will manage and confirm customer reservations, answer calls, help them choose services or products;
- You will work with the cash register, coordinate internal orders and ensure a smooth daily work rhythm;
- You will delegate tasks to the washing team and monitor that everything goes according to plan;
- You will ensure cleanliness and order in the car cleaning center;
- You will help colleagues during peak hours - we all work as one team here.
We hope you:
- You are positive, polite and like to communicate with people;
- You are interested in cars or just like them to shine;
- You have experience in customer service or sales;
- You are able to plan, react quickly and responsibly fulfill obligations;
- You have obtained a category B driver's license and have good driving skills (required);
- You speak Lithuanian fluently, know Russian and English.
