Nature of work
- Working with HOLZMA automatic panel cutting center;
- Performing cutting tasks according to drawings, cutting optimization programs and technological cards;
- Cutting MDP, MDF, veneered and other panel materials;
- Quality and dimensional control of manufactured parts;
- Ensuring labeling and identification of parts;
- Sorting and transferring manufactured parts to other production stages;
- Rational use of material residues and waste reduction;
- Daily equipment maintenance and workplace organization according to 5S principles;
- Recording production data in the systems used by the company;
- Cooperation with employees of CNC, edging, assembly and other production links.
What are we hoping for
- Secondary or vocational education;
- Vocational technical education and (or) at least 1 year of experience working with production machines;
- Ability to read technical drawings, commercial equipment production documentation and technological cards;
- Knowledge of wood and plate material processing processes;
- Ability to work with measuring and quality control tools;
- Computer literacy;
- Responsibility, diligence and quality orientation;
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian language (knowledge of English or Russian would be an advantage);
- Experience working with HOLZMA, HOMAG or similar cutting centers would be a great advantage.
