About us:

UAB “Hedonista” imports and supplies high-quality wines to Lithuanian restaurants, hotels, wine bars and specialty stores. End consumers know us better through “The Hedonist” wine boutique in Vilnius – one of the most prominent specialty wine stores in Lithuania and the Baltic States.
We don’t just sell wine: we help restaurants create wine lists, organize tastings, wine courses and educational events. Over the past year, almost 1,500 wine lovers have participated in our tastings, more than 150 participants have completed wine courses, and in 2025, the wines we represent won the most “Best in Category” awards at the Lithuanian Wine Championship.

Why are we looking?

In recent years, both the number of our HoReCa clients and the portfolio of wines represented have been growing consistently.
We see great potential for further growth — not only by attracting new clients, but also by working more deeply with existing ones: expanding their wine lists and creating long-term partnerships.
Therefore, we are looking for someone who would take over the management of the portfolio of existing HoReCa clients and actively grow it.

What position is this?

This is work with existing HoReCa clients: restaurants, hotels, wine bars and specialized wine shops.
Your goal will be to maintain long-term relationships with clients, help them choose the right wine positions, collect orders, offer additional opportunities and grow cooperation.
In this role, it is important not only to respond quickly and professionally to the client's needs, but also to see the opportunities yourself: when to offer a new wine, when to return to the previous offer, when to help the client update the wine list.
Simply put, this is a position for someone who wants to have their own client portfolio and be responsible for its growth.

What to do:

  • Communicate with existing HoReCa clients daily by phone and e-mail.
  • Collect orders and maintain a stable rhythm of customer orders.
  • Actively grow the turnover of existing clients by offering additional wine positions according to the client profile, season and wine list.
  • Prepare and send commercial offers.
  • Follow up offers and customer inquiries until a clear next action or decision.
  • Coordinate information with the warehouse, sales team and manager.
  • Occasionally participate in customer meetings, tastings or wine presentations together with the team.

We hope you:

  • you have experience in customer management, B2B sales, HoReCa, FMCG, beverages, food, premium goods or similar field;
  • you have good communication and negotiation skills;
  • you are a responsible, independent and commercially minded person;
  • you work neatly with customer information, agreements and follow-up actions;
  • you are interested in wine, restaurants and the world of gastronomy;
  • you have a category B driver's license;
  • you have good computer literacy skills: MS Office, especially Excel.

Advantage: good general knowledge of wine, experience in the HoReCa sector, work with restaurants / hotels / bars.
