SOUND BAR "DULKĖS" HOST/ADMINISTRATOR
Although we already have the core of the team, we invite a few more great people to join us.
A listening room is being created in Kaunas Old Town, and sound equipment is being installed there that will satisfy the wildest dreams of an audiophile. It will be used for a bright mission – to play, the bar’s collection of thousands of vinyl records and the choices brought by music lovers.
The landmark behind the bar is mixology and the art of cocktails, and for this we will use only the highest-class nobles, whose selection is not constrained by contracts with boring suppliers.
At the same time, we will also create a perception of the highest standard of hospitality, which will begin at the bar door. The ability and unfeigned desire to communicate are extremely important for this mission: to welcome, to start a conversation, to listen. Experience behind the bar or in the hall is an advantage, but not a condition. Consistent and in-depth training with mentors in the bar and hospitality fields will await you. The most important thing is that you want to serve with the ambition of “better than good.”
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Greet guests, introduce them to the bar concept, and escort them to their table.
Professionally manage table reservations and a lively queue during peak hours.
Ensure smooth flow distribution so that both guests and the team feel comfortable.
Be a calm, connecting link between our audiophile space and arriving guests.
from 7 Eur / hour for charismatic hosts, up to 10 Eur / hour for experienced and charismatic hosts
We are looking for a night owl who is a natural for late hours. The work will be carried out according to a schedule focused mainly on weekends and nights, so we are looking for those whose energy is activated precisely after the sun goes down. If the night is your time, you will feel at home here.
