About the position
We are looking for a data-driven analytics professional who will help the organization make strategic decisions based on HR data. In this position, you will be responsible for the analysis of key HR indicators, forecasting, motivational system analytics, and the creation of modern HR reports and dashboards.
Main responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret key HR KPIs – eNPS, employee turnover, Time to Fill – and provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Analyze HR indicator trends, identify risks, and prepare forecasts.
- Administer and analyze motivational systems and provide data for variable compensation.
- Create and improve HR KPI reports, dashboards, and automated analytics tools.
- Prepare workforce planning forecasts and assess the effectiveness and return on HR initiatives.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and compliance of HR data with GDPR requirements.
We hope you
- You have experience in the position of HR Analyst, People Analytics or Data Analyst.
- You are excellent at Excel and have experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- You are able to analyze large amounts of data and transform complex information into clear business insights.
- You are familiar with HR indicators, personnel planning principles and data-based decision-making.
- You are meticulous, analytical and able to collaborate with different business teams.
