About the position
We are looking for an experienced HR BIP (HR Business & Improvement Partner) to become a strategic partner for the shareholder, the board and the management team. This is a position for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, quick decision-making and the opportunity to really shape the organization's culture, processes and management team.
In this role, not only HR management competencies are important, but also the ability to bring structure, ensure smooth project implementation and be a reliable partner for top-level managers.

What will you do?
- You will be the main HR partner for the shareholder and the board on personnel issues.
- I will consult managers on organizational, people management and change issues.
- I will initiate and implement organizational changes, help create clear processes and more efficient work organization.
- I will coordinate various strategic and interdisciplinary projects from idea to implementation.
- I will organize management selections, participate in the assessment of top-level candidates.
- You will create and develop employee assessment, engagement, motivation and competency development initiatives.
- You will administer and interpret personality, leadership and other employee assessment tools, helping managers make data-driven decisions.
- You will actively apply artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in daily activities, optimizing HR processes and increasing efficiency.
- You will work together with the HR team, share knowledge, initiate joint projects and contribute to the implementation of the HR strategy throughout the organization.
- You will collaborate with different business units and ensure smooth communication between managers.
We hope you
- Have at least 4 years of work experience as an HR Business Partner, Personnel Partner, Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff or similar position.
- Have worked closely with the company's shareholder, CEO or other top-level managers.
- Are able to work in a fast-changing environment, where decisions need to be made promptly and maintain high quality of work.
- Know how to maintain a professional position, substantiate your opinion with arguments and communicate constructively with managers of different personalities.
- Are result-oriented and able to maintain calm and priorities in complex situations.
- Have the basics of project management and are able to coordinate several initiatives at the same time.
- Are interested in artificial intelligence and are able to apply AI tools in practice.
- Have experience in the field of employee assessment, psychometric tests, competency assessment or motivational programs.
- You have excellent command of Lithuanian, and English allows you to work freely with international partners.
- Experience working in fast-growing or transforming organizations (advantage).
- Experience administering psychometric tests (DISC, Hogan, Insights Discovery, Gallup, Facet5 or others) (advantage).
- Experience in change management or organizational development (advantage).
- Project management certifications or additional training (advantage).
