We are looking for someone who will not only administer HR processes, but also contribute to their improvement and employee experience. This is a position for someone who wants to grow with the team, take on more and more responsibilities, expand their HR competencies and in the future step into the role of HR administration partner!
Your responsibilities:
- full employee cycle administration – from recruitment to termination;
- preparation and administration of personnel documents, procedures and processes;
- supervision of working time, vacation and personnel data accounting in HR systems;
- monitoring changes in the labor and social laws of the Republic of Lithuania and ensuring compliance with legal requirements;
- initiation of digitization, optimization of personnel processes and analysis of HR indicators;
- consulting managers and employees on labor relations and personnel administration issues;
- coordination of performance appraisal, remuneration review, internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
What do we expect from you:
- at least 2 years of experience in HR (administration, partnership, generalist functions);
- education in the field of personnel, law, management or administration;
- willingness to work in a dynamic environment and the ability to operate effectively even when processes or systems are not yet fully developed;
- excellent knowledge of legal acts regulating employment relations and their application in practice;
- knowledge of English (level B), Russian is an advantage;
- excellent MS Office skills, experience working with personnel accounting systems (e.g., Rivilė, Odoo);
- experience in preparing presentations;
- responsibility, diligence, initiative and positive cooperation.
