Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and documentation processes for international (LATAM) candidates.
- Oversee migration and employment-related procedures (Migris, residence permits, TR codes).
- Coordinate certifications (Code 95, ADR) and ensure compliance with requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate data across systems and ensure smooth process execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication and support.

- Experience in HR, migration, logistics, or process coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes.
- High attention to detail and accountability for results.
- Written and spoken English language skills. Portuguese or Russian language knowledge would be an advantage.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
