Your responsibilities:
- Full coordination of the personnel administration process: administration of employee recruitment, dismissal, transfer and other changes in employment relations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Preparation, updating and administration of employment contracts, orders, job regulations and other documents related to employment relations.
- Organization and control of working time accounting: coordination of work schedules, maintenance of working time accounting sheets, administration of absenteeism and disciplinary violations.
- Preparation, updating of internal procedures, policies and personnel processes and supervision of their implementation.
- Administration of employment relations with foreign citizens: preparation and submission of documents through the MIGRIS system, coordination of residence and work permit processes.
- Remuneration administration: processing of salary data, preparation and control of related documents.
- Analysis of personnel data and preparation and submission of various personnel-related reports to interested parties.
- Ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality and compliance of personnel data with GDPR and other legal acts.
- Consulting managers and employees on labor law, internal procedures, remuneration and other personnel administration issues.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in the field of personnel administration.
- Good knowledge of labor law and the ability to apply it in practice.
- Experience in preparing employment contracts, orders and other documents related to employment relations.
- Knowledge of working time accounting processes and practical experience in administering them.
- Experience in working with foreign nationals' employment processes and the MIGRIS system is an advantage.
- Ability to work with personnel data, ensuring their accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with the GDPR.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
- Analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility and the ability to work with confidential information.
- Good communication and cooperation skills, the ability to consult managers and employees.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian (written and oral).
