We will combine everything in our daily work: from talent acquisition and smooth personnel administration to employee experience and building a strong internal culture. Nature of work:
- Organization and administration of personnel processes;
- Organization and implementation of administrative staff selections;
- Coordination of new employee recruitment, adaptation and exit processes;
- Administration of employment contracts, vacations, orders and other personnel documents;
- Organization of internal events, small events, initiatives and training;
- Continuous communication with company employees, department heads and their consulting on personnel issues;
- Office administration.
Requirements:
- Have successful work experience in the field of personnel;
- Have a higher education (human resources field is an advantage);
- Have a good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and personnel administration processes;
- Have strong skills in employee selection and candidate assessment;
- Able to independently plan work, make decisions and manage several tasks at the same time;
- Are communicative, responsible, proactive and result-oriented;
- Have excellent command of the Lithuanian language.
