Job description:
- Organizing driver recruitment processes and conducting interviews with candidates;
- Communicating and cooperating with recruitment agencies specializing in sourcing drivers from third countries;
- Administering data in the business management system;
- Collaborating with the company's Marketing and Communications Department on driver attraction initiatives;
- Managing incoming inquiries on social media platforms;
- Communicating with the company's drivers, providing and collecting information.

- Have successful and relevant experience in sourcing and recruiting foreign employees (would be considered an advantage);
- Are able to effectively organize candidate attraction activities and ensure a smooth recruitment process;
- Have excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, can communicate professionally with candidates and partners in various situations, and confidently operate in an international environment;
- Are proactive, responsible, and self-motivated individuals who can make decisions, effectively plan their work, and achieve set goals;
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
