Job description:

  • Organizing driver recruitment processes and conducting interviews with candidates;
  • Communicating and cooperating with recruitment agencies specializing in sourcing drivers from third countries;
  • Administering data in the business management system;
  • Collaborating with the company's Marketing and Communications Department on driver attraction initiatives;
  • Managing incoming inquiries on social media platforms;
  • Communicating with the company's drivers, providing and collecting information.

  • Have successful and relevant experience in sourcing and recruiting foreign employees (would be considered an advantage);
  • Are able to effectively organize candidate attraction activities and ensure a smooth recruitment process;
  • Have excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, can communicate professionally with candidates and partners in various situations, and confidently operate in an international environment;
  • Are proactive, responsible, and self-motivated individuals who can make decisions, effectively plan their work, and achieve set goals;
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary

2810-3000 €/mon. gross
Additional performance-based bonus system applies.The salary will depend on the candidate’s work experience and results and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
