We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Specialist to join our HR team at Staticus.
Your main focus will be recruitment for a variety of roles, working closely with hiring managers to attract and select the right candidates. You will also support day-to-day HR activities, including HR systems administration, documentation, and other HR processes.

Your future role
Recruitment
HR Administration & Support
- Manage recruitment processes for a variety of blue-collar and white-collar positions, from production and warehouse to engineering and office roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels; review CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate selection processes and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support selected international recruitment projects and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
HR Administration & Support
- Maintain accurate information in recruitment and HR systems.
- Prepare and organise HR documentation and support the administration of HR tools and processes.
- Assist with onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Support HR initiatives and help improve everyday HR processes.
What we expect from you
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Practical recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to completing tasks.
- Confidence using digital tools and willingness to learn new systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and candidates.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and good working proficiency in English (B2 level). Russian is an advantage.
You do not need experience in every area of HR. We value a hands-on approach, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
This is primarily an office-based role, combining recruitment activities with administrative tasks and close collaboration with colleagues.
