Currently, Mana ranga is expanding its team and invites an HR manager to join, who wants to not only administer personnel processes, but also actively care about the well-being, engagement and development of employees. This is a position for a person who wants to realize their ideas, create clearer personnel management processes, strengthen the organizational culture and directly contribute to the development of a growing construction and real estate project development company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identification of employee training and development needs, preparation of a training plan and coordination of implementation.
  • Development and implementation of employee motivation, engagement and organizational culture strengthening initiatives.
  • Planning and coordination of team events, teambuilding and other internal initiatives.
  • Cooperation with managers in resolving employee issues, strengthening internal communication and creating clearer personnel processes.
  • Management of personnel administration processes: preparation, administration and supervision of employment contracts, their amendments, recruitment, training, internal documents, rules and employee orientations, ensuring compliance with labor law and labor code requirements.
  • Work with document and contract management systems, control of deadlines, signatures, validity and order of personnel documents.
  • Coordination of work safety processes in cooperation with external partners and responsible persons.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field of personnel management / HR generalist; a great advantage is experience in a technical organization: construction, manufacturing, transport or similar field of activity.
  • Knowledge of labor law and the Labor Code and the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
  • Experience in creating or improving personnel processes, employee motivation, engagement, development or organizational culture initiatives.
