HIPER is a software development & consultancy company located in Lithuania. We specialize in Microsoft and Hubspot technologies and work with customers throughout Europe. In long-term partnerships with our clients, we take full ownership of the product development, product implementation and technical integrations of both CRM and ERP applications that we deliver to our customers.
Hubspot is one of the fastest growing applications around the globe and you will play a pivotal role in onboarding customers to this solution. Your customers are located throughout Europe and you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing and maintaining their application. This means that you align with customers on system requirements, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment of Hubspot.
As a Hubspot consultant, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

As a Hubspot consultant, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
- Consulting customers on the best configuration of their Hubspot application.
- Aligning commercial requirements with the overall Hubspot solution design.
- Managing, configuring and maintaining workflows in the Hubspot application.
- Full responsibility for successful project delivery to our clients.
- First point of contact for our clients.
- Ensure that all solutions are lightweight, scalable, completely secure with an appropriate level of quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in the field of Business and/or Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong and proven project management skills.
- Experience with basic principles of software development.
- Excellent communication skills in English, other European language preferred.
