Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership and functional heads to shape and execute a human resources strategy that directly supports business performance, scalability, and long-term growth.
- Design and continuously enhance best employee experience by evolving processes, setting high standards, and coaching leaders to ensure meaningful, actionable feedback and strong early engagement.
- Lead the implementation of advanced people practices across performance management, competency frameworks and talent development, contributing to improved eNPS, as well as effective talent attraction and retention.
- Drive and enable organizational change initiatives in close collaboration with leadership teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and sustainable adoption across the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, strengthening leadership capabilities, supporting complex employee relations matters, and providing expert guidance on labor law and internal policies.
- Drive strategic initiatives in succession planning and people analytics, ensuring a strong talent pipeline and data-driven decision-making that supports long-term business success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR field (5+ years) with at least 3 years in HR Business Partner role.
- Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic human resources initiatives.
- Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional processes, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and confidently drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
- Solid expertise in labor law, with the ability to navigate risk, manage sensitive employee relations matters, and resolve conflicts in a balanced and business-oriented manner.
