Nature of work
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons for IB DP and MYP students (Grades 5–12 depending on assignment).
- Teach IB DP Computer Science and Cambridge Computing courses.
- Develop students' computational thinking, problem-solving, and programming skills.
- Design learning experiences aligned with IB and Cambridge frameworks.
- Observe student progress and adapt teaching to individual needs and learning pace.
- Create a safe, supportive, and motivating classroom environment.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback that supports student growth.
- Contribute to curriculum development and interdisciplinary learning initiatives.
- Support students' holistic development in line with school values and ethos.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (minimum requirement).
- Have at least 2 years of teaching experience (IB or international curriculum experience is an advantage).
- Have strong knowledge of programming, algorithms, data structures, systems design, and computational thinking.
- Be able to engage and motivate secondary school students.
- Be empathetic, collaborative, and focused on student progress.
- Enjoy working in a team-oriented and multicultural school environment.
