We are seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Risk Management professional to strengthen ICT risk management practices within SEB’s Non-Financial Risk (NFR) framework.
You will join the Baltic ICT Risk Management team, reporting directly to the Head of ICT Risk. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibility, offering broad exposure across the Baltic organization, close collaboration with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to influence and further develop ICT risk management practices across the region.

You will join the Baltic ICT Risk Management team, reporting directly to the Head of ICT Risk. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibility, offering broad exposure across the Baltic organization, close collaboration with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to influence and further develop ICT risk management practices across the region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Enhance and further develop the ICT risk management framework and related governance practices
- Support management as a subject matter expert on ICT risk tolerance, risk appetite measures, and related risk decisions
- Lead ICT risk identification and assessments in cooperation with risk owners, and challenge risks to support informed decision-making
- Oversee the ICT risk register, mitigation actions, residual risk, KRIs, and related management reporting, ensuring high-quality and auditable risk information
- Support regulatory inquiries, supervisory reviews, and audits while helping ensure ongoing alignment with regulatory expectations
- Strengthen ICT risk culture across the organization through stakeholder engagement, risk awareness, and tailored training
You will be the right fit if you have:
- Hands-on experience in ICT risk management, combined with a solid understanding of non-financial risk management frameworks and practices
- Good understanding of information security and European regulatory requirements relevant to ICT risk
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive implementation of risk management practices across the organisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence interacting across different levels of the organization
- Well-developed analytical and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, which will be needed for collaboration across the Baltics
