WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Implementation of selection goals to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment processes
- Monitoring of selection performance indicators (KPIs)
- Active search for production employees, attraction and assessment of candidates
- Coordination of the selection process and assistance to managers
- Communication with candidates by phone, email by email and social networks
- Cooperation with educational institutions to attract candidates
- Work with internal databases and selection systems
WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)
- Experience in independently managing employee recruitment processes
- Good knowledge of Russian or English (written and spoken)
- Ability to achieve set goals, find solutions in non-standard situations
- Excellent communication skills, ability to get along with different team members
- Initiative and desire to grow with the organization
