Nature of work:
- You will organize daily office activities and ensure a smooth flow of information.
- You will administer documents, issue invoices and handle primary accounting documents.
- You will organize meetings, business trips and ensure that the office has everything you need for smooth work.
- You will meet clients and guests, creating a cozy and professional atmosphere.
- You will contribute to the organization of daily team work and the improvement of internal processes.
We are looking for someone who:
- You are responsible, organized and attentive to details.
- You like to plan, maintain order and are able to independently organize your work.
- You have good computer skills (MS Office). Experience working with CRM or business management systems is an advantage.
- You are able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian, and knowledge of English is an advantage.
- You have basic knowledge of document administration and clerical work or are willing to learn it.
- You are able to work with several tasks at the same time and quickly adapt to changing situations.
- You are positive, sociable and like to work in a team.
- Category B driver's license is an advantage.
- Experience in administration or customer service is an advantage, but the most important thing for us is your motivation, responsibility and willingness to learn.
