We are looking for a bar manager for a nightclub (night work)

A nightclub in the center of Vilnius is looking for a bar/club manager to work during night hours. We are looking for a responsible person with strong organizational skills who would be able to independently manage the club's activities during work, coordinate the team and ensure high quality of service.

This is a position for someone who is not afraid of responsibility, is able to make quick decisions and knows how to work in a dynamic nightlife environment.

Main responsibilities:

Organize and supervise the smooth operation of the club during the night;
Coordinate the work of bartenders, security and other staff;
Ensure order in the bar, hall and common areas of the club;
Promptly resolve emerging situations and make decisions in real time;
Control the quality of service and customer experience;
Monitor work discipline and staff communication;

Management or work coordination experience;
Ability to work at a fast pace and manage stressful situations;
Responsibility, leadership and strong communication skills;
Ability to independently organize work and make decisions;
Experience in nightclubs, bars, restaurants or the hospitality sector is a great advantage;
Ability to work night shifts.
