Description of responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities:
- Organization and administration of daily office activities;
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and other office supplies;
- Communication with service providers and coordinating various office issues;
- Administration, control and management of driver documents;
- Administration of fines received by drivers and coordination of information about them;
- Administration, control and maintenance of employee safety and health documentation;
- Collection, systematization and archiving of documents;
- Assistance to colleagues in solving daily administrative and organizational issues;
- Coordination of various internal processes;
- Organizational assistance for meetings, events and other company activities;
- Other various tasks that help ensure smooth office work.
Employee requirements
- You are energetic, positive and proactive;
- You are able to independently plan your work and set priorities;
- You are not afraid of various and sometimes unexpected tasks;
- You are responsible, meticulous and organized;
- You have good computer skills;
- You communicate fluently in English and Russian.
