Nature of work
We are looking for an independent and responsible accountant who is willing to cooperate under a service agreement and independently choose the workload and type of clients they handle.
Employee requirements
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and working English;
- At least one year of work experience as a chief accountant;
- Experience in preparing financial statements;
- Ability to provide accounting services;
- Ability to issue invoices under a service contract from a legal entity;
- Valid professional liability insurance.

- A CRM system that makes it convenient to monitor each client's monthly tasks and work progress;
- SmartOn accounting system and training on how to use it.

- Searching for and marketing new clients;
- Negotiating and signing contracts with clients;
- Explaining service prices and invoices to clients;
- Resolving complex situations and conflicts with clients;
- Preparing and updating document templates for clients and accountants;
- Customers encourage documents to be submitted electronically.
