We are looking for a new team member!
We are looking for a colleague who will ensure accurate payroll calculation and smooth support of financial processes. In this role, you will combine expert accounting knowledge with a responsible approach to managing colleagues' remuneration.
Job tasks:
Job tasks:
- You will ensure accurate payroll and business trip calculation using the BSS system. We are currently working with Rivile, but in June we will start the payroll migration to BSS.
- You will manage personnel accounting and information flows related to employment relations.
- You will prepare and submit monthly GPM declarations and cooperate with SODRA.
- You will take care of issuing invoices for integrated companies, reconcile balances with suppliers and perform fuel accounting.
- You will participate in the closing processes of financial periods and provide assistance to the chief accountant during audits.
Requirements for candidates::
- Expert knowledge of payroll, taxes and Labor Code provisions.
- Knowledge of BSS personnel module.
- Work experience with Rivilė personnel, purchasing, sales and billing modules.
- Fluent skills in working with STI (i.SAF, Mano STI), SODRA and banking systems.
- Ability to independently apply remuneration methodologies and resolve tax discrepancies.
- Attention to detail, good MS Excel skills and orientation towards process quality.
