We are looking for someone who can turn ideas into content, content into community, and community into sales. We have a solid foundation in Lithuania, and the next phase is expansion into Poland and Germany.
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an E-commerce Project Manager to join us.

What are you going to do?
- You will manage the e-store – products, prices, promotions, collections and news, ensuring a smooth customer journey from the first visit to the order.
- You will grow sales – you will monitor conversion, average basket, customer behavior and look for opportunities to improve results.
- You will help CHAZZ establish itself in Poland and Germany – you will coordinate localization, payments, delivery, content adaptation and market launch.
- You will manage social networks – you will create a content calendar, publish posts, communicate with the audience and ensure that CHAZZ communication is bold, recognizable and consistent.
- You will coordinate content creation – you will formulate tasks for designers, developers and partners and take care of content adaptations for different markets.
- You will create and test digital campaigns – from the formation of an idea and proposal to implementation and evaluation of results.
- You will monitor KPIs and evaluate results, focusing on sales growth and efficiency.
What do we expect?
✔ At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or social media.
✔ Entrepreneurial – you independently notice growth opportunities and take action to implement them.
✔ Content awareness – you are able to distinguish content that is relevant to your audience from content that just fills up your communication calendar.
✔ Analytical thinking – you are able to extract insights from data and turn them into concrete actions.
✔ Excellent English. Polish and/or German would be an advantage. Experience working with Shopify and advertising platforms is also a plus.
