In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing annual and long-term budgets for the group of companies, analyzing execution and providing insights into significant deviations from the plan
• Analyzing performance results, interpreting data and making suggestions for improving performance indicators, preparing and presenting reports
• Creating and developing a KPI system and monitoring efficiency indicators
• Analyzing and forecasting product cost and profitability
• Consulting business units on financial issues and engaging in project activities at the company and group level
• The opportunity to participate in the improvement of accounting processes and reporting tools, proactively suggesting changes and engaging in their implementation.

The team expects from you:

• Have a higher education in economics, finance, data analytics, mathematics or accounting
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a financial analyst (experience in an international company or group of companies is an advantage; in a manufacturing company is a great advantage)
• Knowledge of accounting and financial consolidation principles
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Understand business processes and the value chain
• Have excellent Excel skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Have experience working with accounting and analytics systems (knowledge of Power BI and Navision is an advantage)
• Experience in implementing accounting automation or analytics solutions – an advantage.
